Incursion Information & Requirements
EQUIPMENT
No additional supplies are required, Earth Crusaders provide all equipment and take-home materials for the incursion.
SESSION NUMBERS
A maximum of 4 sessions per day are booked. If more than 4 sessions are required we will run the incursion over 2 days.
GROUP SIZE
30 students maximum per session.
DURATION
50-60 minutes. This will be structured around your bell times.
SPACE REQUIREMENTS
A large hall or space with 5 trestle tables (chairs not required) or a classroom. We prefer to set-up in one location and student groups come to the one location. The ‘Plastic Wipe Out session’ requires access to power and ventilation (open windows or extraction fan) as a small amount of smoke is created by the melting beeswax. The ‘Streets-to-Creeks’ activity requires access to a small amount of water.
PARKING
Onsite parking is preferred but not required.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Invoices will be issues post incursion unless otherwise requested.
SET UP TIME
We will arrive 1/2hr before the start time to set up
TEACHERS PRESENCE
Teachers must be present during the session.
